One-click Slack connection

Connecting your live chat to Slack used to mean copy-pasting a bot token and a channel ID. Fiddly, easy to get wrong, and easy to put off. We've removed that whole step.

Now it's a single button. Click Add to Slack, authorise OhhChats, pick the channel you want messages to land in — done. The whole thing takes about 20 seconds, with no tokens and no manual setup.

Once it's connected, the next visitor who messages your site shows up right in your Slack, and you reply straight from there.

Already connected the old way? Nothing changes for you — your existing setup keeps working exactly as before.
