• June 19, 2026 Better Slack replies, file attachments, and a live test page Replies from Slack now always reach your visitors, agents can send images and files, and you can test the widget on a hosted page before adding it to your site.
• June 18, 2026 One-click Slack connection Connecting your live chat to Slack is now a single click — no more copy-pasting bot tokens or channel IDs. Just hit Add to Slack, choose your channel, and you're live in about 20 seconds.
• June 17, 2026 Never miss a reply: visitors now get notified the moment you respond When you reply, the chat button now shows a red badge and plays a soft sound — so visitors know to come back and keep the conversation going. Live on every plan.
• June 16, 2026 Delete a live chat you no longer need — and stop paying for it You can now remove any live chat you're done with, right from your dashboard — and download its full conversation history as a CSV first, so nothing's lost. If it's on Pro, deleting it cancels the subscription too, so you're never billed for a widget you've stopped using. Available on every plan.
